Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We strive to deliver a smooth and fuzz-free shopping experience and delivery. However, there could be issues occasionally, that may affect your shopping experience.
If you have ordered a product in error, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may follow our return policy once you receive the product.
We accept returns for products within 14 days from the estimated or actual delivery date, whichever is earlier. If you have received the product in a damaged condition, the return shipping is free.
For exchanges and returns beyond 14 days from the estimated or actual delivery date, buyers pay shipping costs for returning items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will work with you to process your refund or exchange.
Please note that certain products, are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. You can find this information in the product description on the product page.

Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, the item must be
- unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging,
- items must be in their original condition, without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes, and
- return the product without any tampering to the quality check seals, return tags, or warranty seals (as applicable).

Refunds
To be eligible for refunds, the item must be
- unopened after the delivery,
- in the packed condition, as it was delivered, and
- unused and in the same condition it was received
